We are committed to excellence in our products and maintaining a safe and environmentally responsible workplace. We are currently looking for an  HR & Administration Manager to join our team.

The HR & Administration Manager will be responsible for overseeing all human resources functions and managing general administrative operations to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the office. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong understanding of HR best practices and a proven ability to manage administrative tasks, including interactions with external organizations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.

  • Oversee performance management, employee relations, and disciplinary procedures.

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and company guidelines.

  • Manage compensation and benefits administration, including payroll coordination.

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.

  • Oversee general office administration, including facilities management, office supplies, and vendor management.

  • Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries and provide guidance and support.

  • Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports as required.

  • Successfully implement issues by visiting various private and government organizations to handle necessary registrations, compliance matters, and other administrative requirements.

  • Coordinate and organize company events, meetings, and travel arrangements as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources and Administration, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.

  • Age: At least 35 years old.

  • Proven ability to successfully implement issues by visiting various private and government organizations.

  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and labor laws.

  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
