Duties and Responsibilities:
Managing staff recruitment and conduct employee orientation, development, and training
Check each departments’ annual plan and prepare annual recruitment plan including sharing appropriate schedule and procedures required with all departments.
Prepare and organize filing systems and record keeping for important and confidential organization documents i.e., contracts, MOUs, reports and ensuring unified filling system.
Develop and manage HR system and ensure system is effectively used.
Develop and implement staff training, programs, and development activities.
Review, develop and execute of HR policies.
Prepare new employee’s contracts and develop terms and conditions.
Managing disciplinary issues, addressing employees concerns and announcing changes or information from management to staff.
Manage and monitor HR budget including salary, statutory and other expenses.
Provides support to employees in the interpretation of HR policies and guidelines.
Support Office with general office upkeep, including maintenance of common areas, buildings, vehicles, office equipment and supplies.
Establish and maintain an efficient filing system of project documents specific to the project according to the established filing system of the Project.
Managing organization compliance including drafting and sending documents to the government and other stakeholders for registration, annual fees payments, license etc.
Ensure that the acceptable procurement system and logistical operations including travel and workshops/meetings are adhered too.
Ensure that all personnel documents for employees are updated and maintained in personnel files including exiting-staff file.
Provide administrative and logistics support to the implementation of organization’s activities
Any other related work as may be assigned.
SAFEGUARDING
Ensure that safeguarding is integrated into all HR Activities based on Safer Recruitment guidelines, performance management(IWP and PAT), team meetings, annual planning processes, field-level monitoring,
Ensure all Hiring Managers in the MA are trained/skilled in safeguarding issues
Provide capacity building regarding safeguarding policies and procedures on regular basis
Support functions to ensure the safeguarding policies and procedures are implemented in their respective department.
Ensure that roles and responsibilities regarding safeguarding are clearly defined in JDs and are clearly communicated;
Ensure that all employment contracts and codes of conduct that are signed by co-workers and representatives of the organization also refer to the safeguarding policies and regulations;
Ensure the implementation of the standards of the Safer Recruitment Guideline, and the Human Resources Manual to create adequate safe working conditions.
Ensure appropriate measures are taken when HR manual and safeguarding policies and regulations are violated.
Responsible for taking and facilitating awareness-raising sessions and capacity-building training in relation to safeguarding and the Code of Conduct aiming to prevent and protect children young people and co-workers from all forms of abuse, neglect, exploitation, violence and discrimination;

BA degree in Human Resource Management, Management, or related and adequate work experience in business enterprises.
With a minimum of 4 (Four) years of experience.
Experience of managing staff and associated employment issues.
Must be familiar with laws and regulations governing Human Resources,

Relevant computer software skills and familiarity with accounting software (including, minimum, standard applications in MS Office)
