The HR & Administration Officer is a strategic generalist responsible for the day-to-day administrative and human resources operations that serve as the backbone of our interior design firm. This role is crucial for enabling the creative and client-facing teams to focus on their core, revenue generating work by professionalizing and streamlining internal processes. The successful candidate will manage the full employee lifecycle and ensure the office operates with maximum efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Talent Management: Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and hiring to retention.

  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Prepare new hire documentation, conduct new employee orientations.

  • Employee Relations: Serve as a liaison between management and staff.

  • Policy & Compliance: Develop, update, and implement company policies and procedures, including the employee handbook.

  • Payroll & Benefits: Administer payroll, benefits, and compensation.

  • Operational Support: Provide general administrative support to the creative team and management.

  • . Vendor & Procurement Management: Manage relationships, contracts, and price negotiations with vendors and service providers. ensuring timely delivery within budget.

  • Administrative Systems: Develop and implement administrative systems and procedures to streamline workflows and improve overall operational efficiency.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Education Background in a related field of study with relevant work experience

  • Experience: 2 - 4 years
