Job Summary
- HR operation: Oversees recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and performance appraisal
- Administrative management: Manage office facilities, security, canteen services, and procurement supplies,
- Compliance & reporting: ensure compliance with labor lows, manage HR files and prepare reports
- Payroll& benefits: overseas payroll processing, time attendance and employee benefits, such as health in insurance for factory staff
- Factory support: plan work force needs and support factory management with administrative task
Job Requirement
- EDUCATION & QUALIFICATION: Bachelor’s in HR, Business Administration or related field
- Experience:
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in HR Administration preferably in Manufacturing or production
- Strong Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practice
- Proficiency in HR Software (HRIS) and payroll system
Required skills
- Leaderships: Managing HR and Administrative staff
- Problem solving: resolving employee grievances and operational bottlenecks
- Efficiency in reducing staff turnover
- Maintenance of productive and safe environment
TERMS OF EMPLOYEMENT: Permanent
