Duties & Responsibilities:

- Own the Talent Lifecycle: From attracting top talent to onboarding, training, and retaining, you'll build our team's growth.

- Strategic HR Partner: Align our people strategies directly with business goals in marketing and sales.
- Empower & Develop: Lead performance management, training, and employee relations with an empathetic and results-oriented approach.
- Drive Operational Excellence: Oversee all HR administration for efficiency and a smooth employee experience.

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant field.
- 5+ years progressive HR experience, with 2+ years in a leadership/autonomous role.
- Proven ability to manage all facets of HR.
- Strong understanding of how talent management drives marketing and sales growth.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, independent, and results-driven.
