Job Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Management, 

• Master’s degree is an advantage 

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in strategic HR or business partnering role

• Experience working closely with senior management and business leaders

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
