• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization’s overall objectives

• Oversee recruitment, selection, onboarding, and retention of qualified employees

• Lead training, capacity building, and employee development programs

• Oversee compensation, benefits, and payroll structures to ensure fairness and competitiveness

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies

• Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and systems

• Support organizational development, change management, and workforce planning

• Lead and supervise the HR team, providing coaching and performance management

• Promote a positive organizational culture and employee engagement initiatives
