RMC is looking for a motivated HR Intern with an IT background to join our internship program. About the Candidate

You demonstrate initiative and a strong work ethic, effectively managing multiple tasks and contributing to complex projects. Additionally, you need excellent communication skills to clearly communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences: 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the automation of HR forms and processes using Microsoft Power Automate.

  • Collaborate with the HR team to identify areas for process improvement and automation.

  • Develop and maintain automated workflows to enhance HR efficiency.

  • Support the HR team in day-to-day administrative tasks and projects.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automated processes.

  • Document and train HR staff on new automated workflows.

  • Coordinate recruitment processes.

  • Screen resumes and job application forms.

  • Schedule interviews with potential shortlisted candidates.

  • Assist in posting jobs on different platforms.

  • Assist the HR team in organizing career fairs and recruitment events.

  • Assist the HR staff in gathering relevant information.

  • Participate in meetings and trainings and contribute to team discussions.

  • Provide regular report as required. 

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Final-year student or recent graduate (graduated in 2023 or later) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or related fields.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Power Automate and other Microsoft Office applications.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

  • Basic understanding of HR processes and procedures is a plus.
