Job Summary:
OLY Technologies is seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner to the leadership team, ensuring compliance with labor laws, promoting a positive workplace culture, and driving initiatives that support employee development and organizational success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Lead the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Employee Relations: Address employee concerns and grievances, mediate workplace conflicts, and foster a culture of respect and inclusion.
  • Policy Development: Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational goals and local labor regulations.
  • Performance Management: Oversee the performance appraisal process, provide feedback to employees, and support managers in setting goals and expectations.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs, organize professional development programs, and support continuous learning for employees.
  • Compliance and Legal: Ensure compliance with local labor laws, workplace safety standards, and other legal requirements.
  • Payroll and Benefits Administration: Collaborate with the finance department to manage payroll and employee benefits efficiently.
  • HR Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and report on workforce trends.

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in an HR management role, preferably in a dynamic and growing company.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in HR management software and tools, including ERP systems (ERPNext experience is a plus).
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of labor laws, compliance standards, and HR best practices.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and leadership abilities.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and organization in managing HR processes and documentation.
  • Working Conditions:
  • Work Environment: Office-based with occasional off-site visits for recruitment events, training sessions, or compliance audits.
  • Work Tools: Utilize OLY’s ERP system for HR management and reporting.
  • Work Hours: Full-time, standard hours, with flexibility for additional hours during recruitment drives or urgent HR matters.
