Taza Plc is a privately held Ethiopian manufacturer established in 2005. The company specializes in detergents, industrial chemicals, and plastic packaging (jerrycans, PET bottles, and caps). They are based in Addis Ababa with a plant in Dukem.

Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant HR experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
Skills and Competencies:
Strong knowledge of HR principles and labor law, along with excellent leadership and team management skills.
Duties and Responsibilities
Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with company objectives.
Planning and managing recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
Overseeing employee performance management systems.
Handling employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures.
Administering compensation and benefits programs.
Ensuring compliance with Ethiopian labor laws and regulations.
Maintaining HR records and preparing reports.
