Creed Pipe Manufacturing PLC is a growing manufacturing company operating in the Gelan City / Sida Awash area. The company is seeking a practical, hands-on HR professional who can manage both human resources and general administrative services in a factory-based environment and grow with the organization.
Position: HR Manager
Location: Gelan City, Sida Awash area (24 km from Addis Ababa)
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: 40,000 – 50,000 gross (based on experience and fit)
Company Size: 20–30 employees

Transportation Service: The company provides transportation service for employees. Candidates residing around the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply, as there is a transportation service in the areas/routes: Gelan, Kality, Tulu Dimtu, Koye Feche, Goro, and Megenaga
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Management
• Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee records
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and internal regulations
• Handle employee relations, discipline, attendance, and performance management
• Ensure compliance with Ethiopian labor law and factory regulations
• Oversee payroll inputs, leave administration, and HR documentation
• Promote a disciplined, productive, and positive factory work culture
General Services & Administration
• Oversee factory compound management and general workplace order
• Manage utilities such as electricity, water, and other essential services
• Supervise cleaning, security, and guard services
• Manage company vehicles, transportation services, and driver coordination
• Support basic procurement and administration of office and factory supplies
• Coordinate maintenance needs in collaboration with technical staff
• Handle other general administrative and support tasks as required by management

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience (manufacturing/factory experience is a strong advantage)
• Practical knowledge of Ethiopian labor law and HR best practices
• Experience handling general services or administration is highly preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Hands-on, disciplined, and comfortable working in a factory environment
• Early to mid-career professionals with maturity and growth potential are encouraged
