Akoya Group is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to lead and manage the human resource functions across all entities of the Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives that support Akoya Group’s business objectives, with a strong focus on real estate operations and workforce excellence.
This role requires a seasoned HR professional with proven experience in the real estate sector, strong leadership capability, and comprehensive knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and oversee group-wide HR policies, procedures, and systems aligned with Akoya Group’s strategic goals
Lead workforce planning, recruitment, and talent acquisition for all group companies, particularly real estate-related roles
Oversee employee onboarding, training, professional development, and succession planning programs
Design and manage performance management systems, employee evaluations, and career progression frameworks
Ensure full compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal company policies across the Group
Manage employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
Serve as a strategic HR advisor to senior management and group leadership
Coordinate payroll processes, benefits administration, attendance tracking, and leave management
Promote a strong organizational culture, ethical standards, and employee engagement across the Group
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with direct experience in the real estate sector (mandatory)
Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and regulatory compliance
Demonstrated experience in recruitment, performance management, and employee relations within real estate or property-based organizations
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making abilities
High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems
Preferred Competencies
Experience managing HR functions at a group or multi-company level
Background in real estate development, property management, construction, or sales-driven environments
Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced corporate environment
