Position:
Organization: Haile & Alem International PLC
Responsible for supporting the Human Resources function by handling day-to-day HR operations, maintaining accurate employee records, and providing assistance in recruitment, training, employee relations, and performance management.
Bachelor’s degree in Hotel/Tourism/Business Management or related field.
Minimum of 2–4 years of HR experience (hospitality or service industry experience preferred).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
Proficient in MS Office.
