Duties and Responsibilities
Recruitment & on boarding:
Handle the recruitment process from job posting to interviewing and on boarding of new employees.
Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs.
Employee Relations:
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
Foster a positive workplace culture through engagement initiatives and conflict resolution.
Performance Management:
Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems.
Support managers in addressing performance issues and employee development.
Training & Development:
Identify training needs and coordinate training programs for staff.
Monitor employee progress and provide feedback.
Compliance & Policies:
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Update and maintain employee handbooks and HR policies.
General Services Functions:
Facility Management:
Oversee the maintenance of office facilities, including cleanliness, safety, and security.
Coordinate office supplies procurement and inventory management.
Handling Utility payments.
Provide support for day to day administrative activities.
Liaise with vendors for services such as cleaning, maintenance, and utilities.
Health & Safety:
Implement health and safety policies in compliance with regulations.
Organize safety training sessions and emergency drills.
Logistics Support:
Assist in coordinating logistics operations to ensure smooth workflow.
Support the team with administrative tasks as needed.
