Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies, including preparing job descriptions, advertising, shortlisting, interviewing, and selecting candidates.

• Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs to integrate new hires.

• Manage employee records, contracts, payroll administration, and benefits.

• Monitor employee performance, attendance, and facilitate performance appraisals.

Job Requirements:

• Education background: BA management or related field

• Experience: related experience two and above years preferable working in factory
