Naflet hotel is a top-notch world-class hotel originally located in Adama. Currently, Naflet Hotel has completed its preparation to inaugurate operation at Addis Ababa, Arada Park. The Hotel aspires to be internationally franchised chain hotel by building renowned brand through high level of service excellence.

Job Summary

responsible for executing routine staffing and personnel administration tasks including recruitment support, employee records management, attendance control, and day-to-day HR operations to ensure smooth workforce management in line with hotel policies and hospitality standards.

Key Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Prepare job vacancy announcements and collect applications. 

  • Support short listing, interview scheduling, and candidate communication. 

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel files for all employees. 

  • Prepare employment letters, contracts, confirmations, and internal memos. 

  • Manage employee ID issuance and update staff lists. 

  • Monitor daily attendance, shift records, and absenteeism. 

  • Administer leave requests and maintain leave balances. 

  • Assist in managing disciplinary cases following established guidelines. 

  • Support grievance handling by documenting issues and escalating when necessary. 

  • Promote adherence to hotel rules, code of conduct, and workplace discipline. 

  • Ensure HR activities comply with Ethiopian labor law and hotel policies.  

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Requirements 

 Education

  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in human resource management, Management, Business Administration, or related field. 

Experience

  • Minimum of 4 or more years relevant experience, preferably in a hotel or service industry. 

Skills and Competencies

  • Practical knowledge of routine HR and staffing processes. 

  • Basic understanding of Ethiopian labor law. 

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills. 

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications. 

  • High sense of confidentiality and professionalism.
