This position reports to the Chief Human Capital Officer

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business plan.

  • Oversee recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

  • Manage employee performance management systems to drive continuous improvement.

  • Facilitate training and coaching programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.

  • Analyze workforce data to inform decision-making and improve HR processes.

  • Foster a positive workplace culture through effective change management.

  • Collaborate with senior management to drive organizational development initiatives.

  • Lead employee engagement initiatives to improve retention and satisfaction.

  • Prepare and manage the HR budget, ensuring cost-effective practices.

Job Requirements

Required Skills:

  • BA/MA holder in Human Resource Management or related field of study

  • A minimum of 10 years direct experience for BA holders and 8 years for MA holders.

  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills to interpret workforce data and metrics effectively.

  • Exhibit active listening skills to understand employee concerns and feedback.

  • Communicate clearly and persuasively across all levels of the organization.

  • Provide coaching and mentorship to enhance team performance and personal development.

  • Utilize decision-making skills to solve complex HR challenges and drive initiatives.

  • Exhibit strong leadership qualities to inspire and guide HR teams.

  • Manage conflict resolution processes to maintain a harmonious workplace.
