Builder’s Creamy Trading PLC is engaged in elevator supply, installation, and related technical services. We are looking for a motivated and responsible Human Resource & Administration Officer to support both office operations and project site workforce management.
Job Requirement
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Administration, or related field
Experience: Minimum 1 year of HR-related experience

Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment and employee onboarding processes
Prepare and administer employment contracts (permanent and project-based)
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Manage attendance, leave records, and staff files
Coordinate workforce management for office and site employees
Support payroll coordination and salary documentation
Ensure compliance with Ethiopian Labor Law
Handle office administration and asset control
Coordinate communication between office staff and technical site teams
