Position Summary: We are seeking a strategic and experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources division and oversee the general services, ensuring full compliance with national labor laws while driving organizational excellence and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s Degree is an added advantage).
Certification: Professional HR certification is a distinct advantage.
Work Experience & Skills
Experience: A minimum of 5–7 years of relevant work experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
Expertise: Proven experience in recruitment, performance management, employee relations, training and development, and payroll coordination.
Legal Knowledge: Strong understanding of Ethiopian Labor Laws and HR best practices.
Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
