Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated HR and Performance Management Manager to join our dynamic team.

Job Requirements

Education:

• MA/MBA/B.A/BSc in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields or

Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields preferably in an NGO sector. 

• Applicants who have served as Team Leaders or Directors in human Resource Management, or in closely related fields, will be given strong preference. 

Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the HR and Performance Management department.

• Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.

• Perform as liaison for overall admin related duties

• Responsible for the administer logistics processes

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

• Provide support in employee relations and conflict resolution.

• Coordinate training and development programs for staff.

• Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality.

• Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with organizational goals.

• Perform any admin and HR related tasks as requested

Skills and Competencies

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Proficient in HR software and MS Office Suite.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
