Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated HR and Performance Management Manager to join our dynamic team.
Job Requirements
Education:
MA/MBA/B.A/BSc in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields or
Experience:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields preferably in an NGO sector.
Applicants who have served as Team Leaders or Directors in human Resource Management, or in closely related fields, will be given strong preference.
Duties and Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the HR and Performance Management department.
Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
Perform as liaison for overall admin related duties
Responsible for the administer logistics processes
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Provide support in employee relations and conflict resolution.
Coordinate training and development programs for staff.
Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality.
Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
Perform any admin and HR related tasks as requested
Skills and Competencies
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in HR software and MS Office Suite.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
