The Human Resource Development Officer at Moha Soft Drinks Industry Plc will play a key role in enhancing employee capabilities and facilitating professional growth. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
Coordinate multiple training sessions and workshops, ensuring effective scheduling and resource allocation.
Build strong working relationships across departments to identify training needs and opportunities.
Create and maintain training manuals and materials to support ongoing employee development.
Facilitate training sessions and workshops, utilizing effective presentation skills.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
Provide administrative support related to employee development initiatives and training logistics.
Conduct coaching and mentoring sessions to support individual employee growth.
Support cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of training goals with organizational objectives.
Stay updated on labor legislation and best practices in human resource development.
