Job Summary

The HR Head is responsible for leading and managing all human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and compliance. The role ensures that HR strategies align with organizational goals and support business growth.

Job Requirements

Education:

• Master's or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management or with related field of study. Master’s Degree is preferred.

• Certificate of Quality Management System

Experience: 7–10 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
