Coordinate recruitment, shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding
Prepare HR letters, contracts, confirmations, and internal memos
Manage attendance, leave, and payroll documentation
Support performance evaluation and staff development programs
Handle employee relations and discipline documentation
Ensure compliance with Ethiopian labor laws and company HR policies
Prepare HR reports for management
Job Requirement:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management or in a related field of study with relevant work experience
Experience: 1 years
Required Skills:
Good knowledge of Ethiopian labor law
Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, HR systems)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
