  • Maintain employee personal files, contracts, and HR records

  • Coordinate recruitment, shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding

  • Prepare HR letters, contracts, confirmations, and internal memos

  • Manage attendance, leave, and payroll documentation

  • Support performance evaluation and staff development programs

  • Handle employee relations and discipline documentation

  • Ensure compliance with Ethiopian labor laws and company HR policies

  • Prepare HR reports for management

Job Requirement:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management or in a related field of study with relevant work experience

  • Experience: 1 years

Required Skills:

  • Good knowledge of Ethiopian labor law

  • Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, HR systems)

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism
