Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategic plans aligned with business goals.
Manage recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, interviewing, and hiring.
Administer compensation, benefits programs, and employee performance evaluations.
Act as a liaison between management and employees to resolve conflicts and support workplace harmony.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
Plan and coordinate training and development programs to enhance employees' skills.
Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, grievance procedures, and succession planning.
Education: Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Management or in a related field of study with relevant work experience.
Experience: 6 years, out of which 2 years in human resource manager
