The Human Resource Manager is responsible for leading and managing all HR functions within an organization, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and compliance with labor laws. The HR Manager plays a strategic role in building a positive workplace culture, improving employee engagement, and supporting organizational growth.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee the hiring process from job posting to onboarding.

• Address employee grievances and resolve workplace conflicts.

• Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems.

• Identify training needs and organize employee development programs.

• Administer payroll, benefits, and leave programs.

• Maintain up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in HR, Management, Business Administration or in a related field of study

• Expereince: 5 years & above experience in hospital environment

• Afaan Oromoo writing, reading, listening and speaking is an asset

• A good understanding of the labor law of 1156/2011
