Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

  • Minimum 2 years of HR experience (hospitality preferred)

  • Location: Bahrain

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation

  • Handle employee relations and disciplinary procedures

  • Maintain HR records and payroll coordination

  • Ensure compliance with Bahrain Labor Law

  • Support performance management and training programs

  • Oversee visa processing and LMRA-related documentation
