An HR Officer, or Personnel Officer, is a vital professional responsible for managing and supporting an organization’s workforce—from recruitment to offboarding—ensuring both compliance and employee satisfaction. Salary: Based on Scale & Negotiable
Place of work: Addis Ababa (Kality Maseltegna)
Collateral: All employee are required to submit effective/valid collateral
Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and the employee handbook.
Ensure HR policies comply with labor laws, health and safety standards, and company regulations.
Maintain accurate employee records
Oversee payroll processes in collaboration with the finance department.
Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
Implement onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
Address employee grievances and conflict resolution in a fair, consistent manner.
Education :- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or in a related field of study with relevant work experience
Relevant Experience:- 5 year & above
Computer skill: Mandatory
