We are seeking a high-impact Human Capital Section Head to lead and scale our people agenda. This role is mission-critical to strengthening talent acquisition pipelines, institutionalizing training frameworks, and driving a high-performance, engagement-led workplace culture. The ideal candidate brings both strategic foresight and hands-on execution capability, with a clear bias toward measurable outcomes.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract, assess, and onboard high-caliber talent.
Develop workforce planning and succession pipelines aligned with business growth.
Optimize recruitment channels, employer branding, and selection methodologies.
Ensure recruitment KPIs are tracked, analyzed, and continuously improved.
Design and implement structured onboarding, induction, and continuous learning programs.
Conduct training needs assessments and translate gaps into targeted development plans.
Coordinate internal and external trainings to build technical, leadership, and soft skills.
Measure training effectiveness and ROI to ensure business relevance.
Drive employee engagement initiatives that enhance motivation, retention, and productivity.
Lead performance management processes and support line managers in people leadership.
Promote a positive, inclusive, and values-driven workplace culture.
Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations, motivation, and organizational climate.
Ensure HR policies, procedures, and practices are compliant with labor laws and best practices.
Oversee HR data, reports, and people analytics to support decision-making.
Lead and mentor the human capital team to deliver consistent service excellence.
Job Requirement
Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, with strong exposure to recruitment, training, and employee engagement.
Proven leadership experience in managing HR teams or sections.
Strong knowledge of labor law, HR systems, and performance management frameworks.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
