Position Title: HR Intern
Department: Human Resources
Location: Addis Ababa
Reports To: Country HR Manager
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources team. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience in HR operations, including document management and administrative tasks.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Documentation: Scan and file personnel documents accurately and systematically to maintain organized records.
Record Keeping: Assist in organizing and updating employee records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including filing, data entry, and preparing HR-related documents.
Confidentiality Maintenance: Always uphold the confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the HR team on various projects and initiatives.
Duration:
1-2 months
Working Hours- Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-5:30 pm
Benefits:
1000 birr/per day, subject to taxation
Hands-on experience in Human Resources operations
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Education: A recent bachelor's degree graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
Skills:
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
Team Player: Willingness to learn and work effectively within a team environment.
