We are seeking a qualified and experienced Human Resources Officer to join our team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will play a vital role in overseeing HR functions and ensuring compliance with organizational and national labor standards.

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience: Proven experience in an HR role.

• Location: Addis Ababa

• Employment Type: Contract

• Place of Assignment: Head office

• Salary: Negotiable depending on experience and qualifications

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment and selection processes.

• Oversee employee relations and performance management.

• Ensure proper HR documentation and policy implementation.

• Provide HR support and guidance to staff and management.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of Ethiopian labor law and HR best practices.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
