Central Hills Real Estate Development is looking for a creative, skilled and detail-oriented Hybrid Videographer & Video Editor to produce high-quality visual content for our real estate projects and digital marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate must be comfortable operating cameras and other filming equipment, editing professional videos, and creating engaging content that showcases our properties, lifestyle and brand.

Job Requirements

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Film Production, Media, Photography, Multimedia or a related field is an advantage.

• Experience: 1–3 years of videography and video editing experience preferred.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Film property tours, construction progress, promotional videos, interviews and corporate content.

• Create cinematic real estate videos that communicate a premium lifestyle and showcase property features.

• Edit videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook and YouTube.

• Produce promotional advertisements, project presentations and branded video content.

• Handle color grading, sound design, transitions, subtitles and motion graphics.

• Collaborate with the marketing and social media teams to plan and execute content ideas.

• Organize video footage, maintain equipment and deliver projects within deadlines.

• Stay updated on video production techniques, editing trends and social media formats.

• Assist with photography and drone filming when qualified and appropriately authorized.

Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro or equivalent editing software.

• Good understanding of camera operation, lighting, composition, framing and audio recording.

• Ability to create cinematic, polished and engaging video content.

• Experience producing short-form social media videos and promotional advertisements.

• Strong creativity, attention to detail, time management and teamwork.

• Must currently reside in Addis Ababa.

• A portfolio or showreel demonstrating previous work is required.
