The Oromia Industrial Park Development Corporations (OIPDC) is established under the regulation number 215/2012 and mandated to over sea the construction and administration of the IAIPs in the region. Accordingly, currently there are Two (2) IAIP in Bulbula and Nekemte and 6 RTC in different Central and Eastern Oromia Region.
Oromia Industrial Parks Development Corporation is seeking a talented ICT System Administrator and Team Leader to serve as our IT System Administrator and Team Leader that report directly to the CEO, and will provide transformative leadership,
System Management: Manage, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and cloud systems to ensure optimal performance.
Problem Solving: Identify and solve complex technical problems, perform diagnostics, and implement solutions to prevent reoccurrence.
Documentation & Training: Create and maintain detailed documentation for system configurations and processes, and provide training on new systems.
Project Management: Plan, schedule, and oversee the implementation of new IT projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and deadlines.
Communication: Effectively communicate technical issues, solutions, and strategies to individuals with varying levels of technical knowledge.
Continuous Improvement: Analyze existing systems and implement strategies to improve or further leverage them for the organization's benefit.

Education Qualifications and Work Experiences
MSc /BSc in Computer Science, Soft Ware Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information System Management and related fields that has 4/6 Years of direct Work Experiences for Bsc/Msc respectively.
Those who have Work Experiences from Non-Government Organization must attach a tax payment evidences from concerned authorities.
Type of Employment: One Year contact that will be renewed yearly based on the necessities of the work.
