Job Requirement

Education: Valid Nursing Degree/qualification from an accredited institution.

Experience: 1 year

Previous experience in ICU or clinical nursing settings is an advantage.

License: Valid professional nursing license to practice in Ethiopia.

Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Note: Proficiency in multiple languages (Oromiffa, Amharic, English, etc.) is an added advantage.

Salary: Negotiable

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU.

• Monitor patients’ vital signs, conditions, and treatment responses.

• Administer medications and treatments according to medical instructions.

• Operate and monitor ICU equipment and ensure patient safety.

• Collaborate with doctors and healthcare teams to deliver quality patient care.

• Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
