The role is responsible for: making the enterprise profitable and sustainable, the success of the employees and the livelihood of the company. Each employee should be aware of the expected workload and responsibilities and to implement the required performance daily.

Key Accountabilities & Major Activities

• Monitoring, execute, coordinate and optimize daily exports and imports processes.

• Provide shipment tracking and visibility to the internal organization.

• Create, distribute and file the complete set of shipping documents for both imports and export. ·

• Act on shipments delays finding a solution and provide feedback to the organization on the order status. ·

• Maintain records for accounting purposes in accordance with company procedures, including the checking of all invoices and shipping manifests in conformity to tariff, customs regulations and company delegation of authority rules.

• · Effective communication and clear visibility on shipment progression and/or delays.

• Strong Knowledge of Import/Export Documentation requirements.

Job Requirements

Minimum qualification: Bachler Degree in supply Chain or logistics and supply management · or Business Management

Knowledge and expertise : 3 years in Garment sector ·

Experience in: · Skills and ability to: Sober character, honest, alert and dedicated, Physically and mentally fit, prepared to work long hours, good attention to detail, Ability to work under pressure, Team spirit, strong Knowledge of Import/Export directives & policies requirements, has IT background.
