• Job Title: Information Technology Analyst

The Candidate will work in the IT department in a multinational company. His/her duty will involve the management and maintenance of the IT hardware, the implementation and running of ERP (Navision) and MES (Inteos) plus daily activity in support of end users.

The candidate will need to understand the material and information flow of each department to act on all the processes.

The work typically involves:

• Analysis of production processes

• A thorough knowledge of production and logistics flows

• A thorough knowledge of operating systems, networking, hardware, and software

• Excellent problem-solving skills that can explain problems and solutions clearly to non-technical users.

• Assist clients with installation, configuration and ongoing usability of system hardware and software.

• Offer daily operations and systems support to clients.

• Verify functionality of hardware and software components

• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in person, remotely and via phone.

• Conduct daily network backup operations.

• The ability to prioritize, work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• The ability to work alone or as part of a team.

Job Requirements

Basic Requirements’

• Bachelor’s Degree and above in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

• 3+ years’ experience in computer networks and systems set up and maintenance.

• 2+ years’ experience on current network operating systems

• Understanding of IT principles and an ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to a varied audience.

• Basic knowledge of ERP and MES System

• Strong knowledge of Office applications, Power BI is a plus.

• Knowledge of Networking Systems

• Good level of spoken and written English is a must.

• Strong sense of discretion and confidentiality required.

• Experience in manufacturing international environment is a plus

Certification

Preferably the IT analyst should have common certifications for IT technicians:

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)

• Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP)

• Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE)
