Job Description – Information Technology (IT) Specialist

The IT Specialist is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and improving the organization’s information technology systems and infrastructure. The role includes providing technical support, ensuring system security, and assisting with the implementation of IT solutions to support daily operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and networks

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for users

• Monitor and maintain system performance and security

• Assist in managing servers, databases, and network infrastructure

• Perform regular system backups and updates

• Support the implementation of new IT systems and technologies

• Maintain documentation of IT systems and procedures

• Ensure compliance with IT policies and standards

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, ICT, or a related field

• Work Experience: 0 years (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)

• Basic knowledge of computer systems, networks, and operating systems

• Good problem-solving and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team
