• የቴክኒክ ድጋፍ፡ ለኮምፒውተሮች፣ ሶፍትዌሮች፣ አታሚዎች፣ ተንቀሳቃሽ መሳሪያዎች እና ሌሎች የአይቲ መሳሪያዎች የመጀመሪያ እና ሁለተኛ መስመር ድጋፍ ለተጠቃሚዎች ማቀርብ።

• እንደ ፕሮጀክተሮች፣ ማይክሮፎኖች፣ ስማርት ቦርዶች እና የቪዲዮ ኮንፈረንስ ስርዓቶች ያሉ የክፍል እና የቢሮ ቴክኖሎጂን ማቀናበር እና መደገፍ።

• የት/ት ደርጃ: የመጀመሪያ ዲግሪ በኮምፒውተር ሳይንስ፣ በኮምፒውተር ምህንድስና፣ በኢንፎርሜሽን ቴክኖሎጂ፣ በኢንፎርሜሽን ሳይንስ፣ በኢንፎርሜሽን ሲስተም፣ በኤሌክትሪካል ምህንድስና፣ በሶፍትዌር ኢንጂነሪንግ፣ በኔትወርክ ኢንጂነሪንግ ወይም በተመሳሳይ የትምህርት መስክ የተመረቀ/ች
