Design & Technical Skills 

•    Concept design and space planning, Interior detailing and material specification, Working drawings and construction documentation, FF&E selection and schedules, Site design support and supervision, Knowledge of building codes and accessibility standards, Understanding of MEP coordination in interiors 

Software Proficiency 

• AutoCAD (mandatory), Revit / BIM (strongly preferred), SketchUp or 3D modeling tools 

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) 

• Rendering tools (Lumion, Enscape, or similar – advantage) 

 Commercial & Project Awareness 

• Basic BOQ understanding for interior works, Material cost awareness, Change/variation, awareness, Value engineering, Understanding of project schedules and milestones 

. Behavioral Competencies 

    Strong design creativity and visualization, Detail-oriented mindset, Good presentation skills, Adaptability in fast-track environments 

Job Requirements

Educational Qualification 

           Bachelor’s in architecture, or Interior Design 

Experience Requirements 

• Minimum: 4-6 years of professional experience o    Proven experience in Corporate Office fit-out, Residential fit-out, Commercial interiors & Residential interiors 

• Exposure to fast-track fit-out projects is highly preferred
