We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing & Sales Manager to lead our growth efforts across both B2B and B2C channels. In this role, you will be responsible for developing integrated strategies to promote our service offerings, managing the full sales cycle, and overseeing marketing campaigns that drive lead generation. the ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the service industry (where the "product" is an experience or a solution) and possesses the agility to pivot between corporate relationship management (B2B) and direct-toconsumer engagement (B2C).
Job Requirement
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field of study.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience in interior architecture or design

Duties & Responsibilities:
Identify and nurture partnerships with corporate clients; manage the end-to-end RFP
process and contract negotiations.
Optimize the consumer sales funnel to increase conversion rates and customer lifetime
value (CLV).
Develop and execute annual sales plans and budgets, providing monthly reports on
revenue targets and KPIs.
Launch 360° marketing campaigns (digital, social, email, and traditional) tailored to
different audience segments.
Oversee the creation of sales collateral, case studies (for B2B), and engaging social
content (for B2C).
Manage and mentor a small team of sales and marketing associates to achieve collective
goals.
Maintain and optimize CRM data (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot) to ensure accurate lead
Tracking and personalized follow-ups.
