We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic intern to support our team in both technical and administrative tasks. This opportunity is open to recent graduates or final-year students in Civil Engineering, GIS/Geoinformatics, or related fields, especially those with an interest in civil and environmental engineering applications. Candidates with an IT or programming background, or a strong interest in digital tools, will have an added advantage.
The intern will assist with engineering, mapping, data management, reporting, office administration, and routine operational follow-up tasks to support the smooth implementation of projects and daily office functions.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Support civil and environmental engineering projects through data collection, analysis, and reporting.
Assist in GIS-related tasks such as spatial data processing, mapping, geodatabase organization, and map production.
Help prepare, organize, and format technical documents, reports, presentations, and project files.
Assist with fieldwork, surveys, and site visits when required.
Support project planning, design tasks, and basic engineering or spatial analysis work.
Maintain proper filing of project documents, drawings, correspondence, and records.
Provide general office administrative support, including printing, scanning, filing, scheduling, and document tracking.
Assist in preparing meeting materials, taking notes or minutes, and following up on action points where needed.
Help manage office data, spreadsheets, and databases in an organized and accurate manner.
Support communication and coordination among team members for ongoing assignments.
Carry out routine office follow-up tasks, including document submission, collection, deliveries, and liaison with external offices or service providers when required.
Assist with day-to-day operational errands and administrative support tasks to ensure smooth office and project coordination.
Contribute to digital workflows, data management, and simple automation or programming tasks where applicable.
Skills & Competencies
Interest in civil engineering, environmental engineering, infrastructure, or spatial data applications.
Good organizational and communication skills.
Basic analytical and computer skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to support both technical and administrative office functions.
Familiarity with QGIS, ArcGIS, or similar geospatial software.
Exposure to civil engineering, environmental projects, or infrastructure-related work.
Basic knowledge of CAD, surveying, or spatial data management.
IT/programming background or affinity will be an added advantage.
Familiarity with tools such as Python, SQL, Excel, or other digital productivity tools is beneficial.
