The Intern at Empathy for Life Integrated Development Association (ELiDA) will support ELiDA projects/Programs in achieving its mission to empower women and youth socially, economically, and politically. Interns are expected to work as part of the program team
demonstrate professional conduct, and ensure the proper use of organizational assets

Key Responsibilities:

• Support program and outreach activities

• assist the advocacy team on photography and videography graphics design (Adobe Photoshop) and in records and report preparation

• support fundraising and resource mobilization efforts 

• content creation and documentation for social media

• social media management and engagement

• event organization support and perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Sociology, Anthropology, Law, Political Science, Public Relations, Psychology, Journalism and/or other social science related fields.

• Graduated in 2024 or 2025 with GPA 3.5 and above. 

Desired Skills:

•  Strong analytical, communication, and research skills;

•  high proficiency in spoken and written English and Amharic. 

• Knowledge of other local languages is considered an asset.
