Job Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, Business Administration or with related field of study

•  Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, Business Administration, or related discipline is an added advantage

• A diploma or certification in ACCA or IFRS is a plus

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years relevant professional experience in auditing, accounting, finance, or related fields.

•  Audit firm experience is mandatory.

• Experience working with an international audit firm, consulting firm, or multinational organization will be considered a strong advantage.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Plan and execute internal audits according to the audit plan

• Review financial, operational, and compliance records for accuracy

• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and relevant standards.

• Prepare clear audit reports and communicate findings to management

• Follow up on audit recommendations to ensure timely implementation.

• Support external auditors during statutory audits and provide required data.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong negotiation skills & analytical thinking

• Familiarity with procurement software/ERP modules.
