The Opportunity

ELFORA Agro-Industries, a premier subsidiary of the MIDROC Investment Group, is seeking a seasoned International Livestock Fattening & Ranch Management Consultant. Our strategic focus is to modernize our upstream operations to provide a consistent, high-volume, and high-quality supply of livestock specifically for our Canned Food Processing Plants and the domestic market.

We are looking for an expert who understands the critical link between ranch-level productivity and industrial-scale canning requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Industrial Feedstock Optimization: Streamline ranch and feedlot operations to ensure a reliable and uninterrupted supply of livestock for the canning production line.

• Ranch-to-Plant Integration: Align herd management and fattening cycles with the specific production schedules and volume requirements of our canned food facilities.

• Standardization of Quality: Implement rigorous protocols to ensure livestock meet the uniform carcass specifications and lean-to-fat ratios required for high-quality canned meat products.

• Operational Diagnosis: Conduct thorough assessments of ranch operations to identify bottlenecks in the supply chain, labor discipline, and livestock transport logistics.

• Modern Ranch Management: Oversee the implementation of sustainable grazing, breeding efficiency, and mechanized livestock handling at the ranch level.

• Efficiency & Cost Control: Optimize nutritional formulations to ensure cost-effective weight gain, directly impacting the final competitiveness of the canned products.

Job Requirements

Candidate Requirements

• Extensive Global Expertise: 15–20+ years of senior-level experience in managing large-scale commercial ranches and feedlot systems, with a focus on supplying industrial processing plants.

• Experience in Food Integration: Proven track record in an integrated "Farm-to-Can" or "Farm-to-Factory" environment.

• Educational Excellence: PhD or Master’s degree in Animal Science, Ranch Management, or Agro-Industrial Management.

• Strategic Leadership: Ability to provide technical direction to decentralized ranch managers to meet centralized industrial targets.

• Communication: Exceptional command of professional English for developing strategic supply-chain manuals and executive reports.
