Job Requirement

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Accounting, or any related field.

Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of relevant work experience in inventory management, logistics, or operations.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.

  • Monitor and track stock movement.

  • Manage and follow up on operational transactions.

  • Follow up on sales and activity reports from field teams.

  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting.

  • Identify and report discrepancies in stock or reports.

  • Handle and track weekly and monthly payments.

  • Support overall operational and administrative tasks as required.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Basic computer skills.

  • Good communication and follow-up skills.

  • Trustworthy and responsible.

  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
