Duties & Responsibilities:

• Monitor and inventory levels for adequate stock of materials and products.

• Conduct regular inventory counts (cycle counts) and physical audits.

• Reconcile any discrepancies between physical counts and inventory records, investigating and resolving issues promptly.

• Implement and maintain inventory control systems and procedures.

• Analyze inventory data and identify trends, patterns, and potential issues, such as slow-moving or obsolete stock.

• Generate regular reports on inventory levels and stock discrepancies.

• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

• Track inventory turnover rates and other metrics.

• Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, production and sales teams.

• Identify opportunities to streamline and improve inventory control processes, reducing manual work and enhancing efficiency.

• Collaborate with IT and operations teams to implement new technologies and systems that enhance inventory tracking and accuracy.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Procurement and Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Management or related fields of study with a minimum of six (6) years of demonstrated experience
