We are looking for an IT and Social Media Management Expert to manage our IT systems and lead our digital presence. The ideal candidate will ensure secure and efficient tech operations while developing creative social media and digital marketing strategies to boost our brand visibility.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. IT Management

• Administer and maintain company networks, servers, databases, and email systems.

• Install, configure, and update hardware and software.

• Monitor IT infrastructure performance and security, implementing updates and backups.

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to staff.

• Maintain and troubleshoot printers, copiers, and scanners, ensuring they are fully operational.

• Manage IT assets and maintain an inventory of all equipment and software licenses.

• Ensure data protection and compliance with IT policies and best practices.

2. Social Media & Digital Marketing

• Develop, implement, and manage the company’s social media strategy.

• Plan and create engaging content (graphics, posts, videos, etc.) across platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, X/Twitter, YouTube, etc.).

• Manage social media accounts, respond to inquiries, and build community engagement.

• Analyze and report on key social media metrics and trends to improve performance.

• Collaborate with internal teams to promote company activities, services, and events.

• Manage online advertising campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads).

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science and related field.

• Experience: 2-4 years of Experience

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in IT system management and social media/digital marketing.

• Proficiency in IT tools and platforms (e.g., Windows/Linux OS, networking, Office 365, antivirus, backup solutions).

• Experience using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite).

• Strong graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite.

• Knowledge of SEO, content creation, and basic video editing.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
