Job Summary:

The IT Infrastructure Officer will be responsible for designing, installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting IT systems, with a strong focus on networking.

Job Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or with related field of study

• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or Microsoft certifications are advantageous.

Experience:

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and networking, and related works

Place of work: Addis Ababa

Salary: As per company scale

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, routers, switches)

• Install, configure, and upgrade hardware and software systems

• Monitor system performance and ensure high availability

• Troubleshoot network, system, and application issues

• Provide technical support and training to staff

• Strong knowledge of network administration and security

• Knowledge of network security, firewalls and VPNs
