We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Manager to oversee our technological infrastructure and ensure seamless digital operations across our properties.

Job Description: We are looking for a proactive IT Manager to lead our IT department, manage technology systems, and implement innovative solutions to enhance guest experiences and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality IT, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage complex IT projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with hotel operations and business goals.

• Oversee the management of network infrastructure, servers, hardware, and software systems.

• Ensure data security, backup, and disaster recovery plans are in place.

• Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers.

• Support and troubleshoot daily IT issues for staff and guests.

• Lead IT projects, including system upgrades, integrations, and new technology deployments.

• Train staff on new systems and ensure compliance with IT policies.

• Monitor and optimize system performance and security protocols.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

• Proven more than Two years’ experience in IT management within the hospitality industry.

• Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, cybersecurity, and hotel management systems.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.

• PMS, Micro, MC and Sun system management qualifications is mandatory and  HCM is a plus.
