Job Purpose

To provide effective technical support and maintain the organization’s IT systems, hardware, software, networks, and security systems. The IT Officer ensures that all IT services operate reliably, securely, and efficiently to support the organization’s daily operations.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain computers, software, networks, servers, and IT equipment.

• Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware and software problems.

• Install, configure, and maintain CCTV/security camera systems.

• Manage user accounts, data backups, system security, and access controls.

• Maintain IT assets, software licenses, documentation, and maintenance records.

• Support IT upgrades, cybersecurity, staff training, and overall system reliability.

Skills & Competencies

Core Professional Skills

• Technical Skills: Solid understanding of Windows Server, networking (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), and database fundamentals. Experience with AV systems, video conferencing technology, and display systems. Strong troubleshooting skills for both hard Situation and soft Situation.

• Customer Service: Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to support executive-level users patiently and effectively.

• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
