The Job holder will be responsible for managing and maintaining the information technology systems. This includes ensuring smooth operation of hardware, software, networks, data systems, and supporting users in technical troubleshooting to ensure efficient and secure business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, printers, and other ICT hardware.

• Manage the company’s local area network (LAN), internet connectivity, and internal communication systems.

• Provide technical support and training to staff on ICT systems, software, and security best practices.

• Monitor and ensure the proper functioning of factory software systems including inventory, ERP, finance, and production monitoring tools.

• Implement and maintain data backup, recovery, and security protocols to protect company data.

• Troubleshoot and resolve system, hardware, and software issues in a timely manner.

• Maintain an inventory of ICT equipment and software licenses.

• Assist in the selection and integration of new systems and technology upgrades.

• Ensure cyber security measures are in place and regularly updated to protect against threats.

• Support office automation, email systems, CCTV, biometric systems, and other IT-based operations.

• Any additional assignment assigned by your manager or supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or masters degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Two (2) years relevant experience for degree or one (1) years masters degree 1 years.

• Relevant ICT experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

• Strong knowledge of IT hardware, networking, Windows/Linux operating systems, and database management.

• Experience with ERP systems, factory automation software, and security systems is an advantage.
